"This May I was pressed for time to sell a townhouse in Sun City which was part of my mother's estate. On May 21st I posted "For Sale by Owner" signs at the townhouse, knowing nothing of current home values or what I would offer as a selling price. Early in the AM of May 22nd, I got a call from  Linda who told me she was a realtor and wanted to see the place. I agreed and when we first met with Linda and Patty, I felt comfortable with their knowledge of not only what I needed to do to sell but also their experience in the Sun City area.
